The Series 2 Jaguar E-Type (XK-E) introduced a number of design changes, mainly due to U.S. legislation; glass headlight covers were removed, front indicators were re-positioned and larger, and an enlarged "mouth" was introduced, which aided cooling. Other hallmarks of Series 2 E-Types are a wrap-around rear bumper with tail lights below the bumpers.
This stainless steel sports exhaust system is designed for the E-Type Series 2, 2+2 fastback coupé in production from 1968 through to 1971. The main difference between the standard system and this 'sports' system is the centre silencer allows faster gas glow through the system, increasing performance.
